9. Contact Form

The Contact Form has the important features that you would expect from a contact database - but with a perfomer's twist...

Categorize each Contact, whether person or place, with the pre-defined "Type (Primary)" dropdown menu.

Further categorize your Contacts by any category you can think of with the "Type (Secondary)" memory field box!

Before you meet a Contact (such as a Casting Director, Producer, Director, Writer, etc.) be prepared and learn everything you can about them! Make sure you "Know Before You Go" and click on the easy, one-click search links for IMDb (Internet Movie Database), Google and IBDb (Internet Broadway Database).

Store up to three addresses per Contact; "Home", "Work" and "Other".

Each Contact stores up to three E-Mail Addresses, a Web Site Address, plus an IM Address!

Never again forget a Birthday or Anniversary!!! These "Important Dates" for every Contact are automatically entered into the Calendar Section for you!

"Add Notes" area allows you to enter unlimited time stamped Notes for each Contact.

With the simple click of your mouse you can "Add An Appointment" that is linked to the Contact and is immediately scheduled to the Calendar Section.

The powerful "Review History" feature allows you to see every note you have ever written, as well as every interaction and appointment you have logged with the Contact!
