1. "Expenses" Key Features:

Along with being an active performer come inevitable business expenses.

Depending on your location these business-related expenses could be tax deductible!

The "Additional Expenses" Section is for you to chronicle business expenses that are not related to a project (for example: "Union Dues", "Postage", "Coaching Lessons", etc.).

The "Project Expenses" Section is for you to log the expenses you incur in connection with a project while auditioning, going through callback phases, as well as when you book the job (such as "Parking", "Mileage", "'Maintenance of Professional Costume", "Postage", etc.)!

Records & calculates your business-related Expenses.

Over 30 "Expense Type" categories to select from (i.e. - "Advertising & Publicity", "Equipment Purchase", "Studio/Business/Property Rental", "Supplies For Research", etc.).

Categorize expenses by "Payment Method" (i.e. - Cash, Check, "Visa 5563", "MasterCard 8971", etc.).

Mileage cost automatically calculated based on the current Mileage Rates!

There’s nothing more gratifying than getting a payment for a job well done!

Whether it's a Contract Rate Payment, a Residual from a project you did prior to using PerformerTrack, or Additional Income from other entertainment-related jobs that you do (i.e. - "Coaching Fee", "Director's Fee", "Writing Fee", etc.) you can log them here easily and accurately!

Records & calculates your Career-related Income.

Quick access to any Project’s Income via a drop down menu!

Over 20 pre-populated "Income Type" categories to select from (i.e - "Appearance Fee", "Buy-Out", "Looping/ADR Fee", "Residual", etc.)

Associate payments towards Entertainment Industry "Union Affiliation(s)" from around the world (i.e. - "ACTRA", "AFTRA", "BAEA", "SAG", etc.) so as to determine how much money, between any date range, has been earned toward qualifying for Union health & pension funds!

Categorize payments by "Payment Method" (i.e. - Cash, Check, Direct Deposit, etc.).

Attribute each payment to the proper "Market/Run" (i.e. - Cable, Pay TV, Foreign TV Reuse, Video, etc.).

Enter the amount (Gross and Net) and the "Payroll Company". All Payroll Companies are linked to your Contacts Section and the payments are referenced in their "History"!
