So one of the reasons what Harold is really great about is not only does he know all the inside stuff but he hooked me up with a product that I’m going to have him kind of pimp for a second because he is the king of it. It’s a career management tool. Like we’ve been saying this is a business. You have to manage it like a business. You have to manage your resources. You have to be able to see what you want to do 2, 3 or 4 years down the line and make decisions that get you there. The only way to do that is to figure out what you have done to be able to track the statistics.
